EGT Digital is scaling fast. We’re introducing a Change Management function to bring visibility, control, and predictability across our software, infrastructure, and platform changes. This is a newly created role – perfect for someone who wants to build, not inherit.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement the ITIL-aligned Change Management process across all engineering teams
Define and categorize changes, set approval flows, and establish CAB/TAB governance
Help stakeholders understand what a “service” is in ITIL terms and who owns it
Lead the setup of our Jira Service Management change workflows and dashboards
Collaborate with RTEs, DevOps, Product, and Security to balance delivery speed with control
Build and maintain visibility: change calendar, metrics, and compliance checks
Coach teams and drive adoption through communication, training, and support
Start lean (solo) and later help grow the Service Excellence team
Requirements:
5+ years in Service Management/Change Enablement in SaaS, IT, or enterprise environments
Solid understanding of ITIL 4, Change, Incident, and Problem processes
Experience designing or running CAB/TAB governance
Familiarity with Jira Service Management, ServiceNow, or similar tools
Comfortable working with CI/CD teams, DevOps, and engineering stakeholders
Pragmatic, structured, and persuasive communicator – able to influence across teams
Advantage: SAFe/Agile background, ISO 27001 awareness
