About the Role

As an Art Lead – Casino Games, you will be at the forefront of visual development for online gaming content. You’ll lead a team of artists, animators, and designers to ensure all visual assets meet the company’s standards of quality, creativity, and performance. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of game aesthetics, and a passion for high-end casino-style artwork.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 2D artists, animators, and graphic designers in the creation of casino games
• Maintain and communicate the artistic vision of the project across teams
• Oversee concept development for characters, environments, and interfaces
• Ensure art assets align with both the creative and technical direction of the project
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to the team and guide the creative process
• Collaborate with production, game designers, and developers to ensure consistency and high visual standards
• Take ownership of the full visual development pipeline—from concept to implementation
• Continuously improve workflows, tools, and creative processes
• Encourage innovation and maintain a high-performance culture
• Ensure timely delivery of assets while upholding quality and style

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of experience in the game industry with a strong portfolio in casino or entertainment games
• Prior experience as a team leader or Art Director in a game studio or creative agency
• Deep proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and digital painting tools
• Strong artistic vision and hands-on experience creating characters, backgrounds, interfaces, and game objects
• Understanding of classical art techniques and digital media workflows
• Solid skills in composition, typography, and image design
• Excellent communication and team management skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of aligning creativity with technical constraints
• Experience in game art pipelines and familiarity with iGaming design trends is a strong advantage
