Senior Back-end Engineer (Go / Kubernetes / Networking protocols)

Talent Hunter is supporting a fast-growing tech company in scaling their cloud platform, and we’re looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong Go expertise to join their team.

Your role:

• Lead the design and development of cloud APIs and backend services.
• Implement secure, scalable, and well-tested solutions using Go, following modern engineering standards.
• Work closely with the team to maintain, refine, and evolve existing infrastructure services.
• Improve automation, CI/CD pipelines, and system reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver long-term, stable resolutions.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience with Golang as the primary development language.
• Additional proficiency in Python or C++ is considered a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, communication protocols (REST, gRPC), and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB or similar).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
• A proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and collaborative approach.
