ServiceNow QA Engineer

Talent Hunter is looking to hire a ServiceNow QA Engineer on behalf of a fast-growing international partner.

This role goes beyond test execution — you will be involved across the full development lifecycle, contributing to platform enhancements while designing and maintaining automated tests using ServiceNow ATF.

Role Responsibilities

• Build and maintain ATF test suites across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and custom applications
• Develop scripts (JavaScript, Glide API) supporting automation and feature implementation
• Collaborate with platform engineers to ensure full test coverage for releases and fixes
• Support upgrades, regression cycles, and platform validation
• Assist with CMDB upkeep, discovery scans, and operational platform tasks
• Contribute to configuration updates (UI policies, workflows, catalog items, ACLs)
• Create basic reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics

Requirements

• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, not only testing
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ATF and automation strategy
• Solid scripting/debugging skills
• Experience working in ITIL-aligned environments
• Proactive, detail-focused mindset and passion for automation and continuous improvement
• Preferred: ServiceNow CSA certification and ITIL Foundation.
