Talent Hunter is looking to hire a ServiceNow QA Engineer on behalf of a fast-growing international partner.
This role goes beyond test execution — you will be involved across the full development lifecycle, contributing to platform enhancements while designing and maintaining automated tests using ServiceNow ATF.
Role Responsibilities
Build and maintain ATF test suites across ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and custom applications
Develop scripts (JavaScript, Glide API) supporting automation and feature implementation
Collaborate with platform engineers to ensure full test coverage for releases and fixes
Support upgrades, regression cycles, and platform validation
Assist with CMDB upkeep, discovery scans, and operational platform tasks
Contribute to configuration updates (UI policies, workflows, catalog items, ACLs)
Create basic reports and dashboards using Performance Analytics
Requirements
Hands-on ServiceNow development experience, not only testing
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ATF and automation strategy
Solid scripting/debugging skills
Experience working in ITIL-aligned environments
Proactive, detail-focused mindset and passion for automation and continuous improvement
Preferred: ServiceNow CSA certification and ITIL Foundation.
