Software Developer – Team Leader

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Software Developer – Team Leader to join our IT department. The successful candidate will lead a team of software developers, manage the development and maintenance of ERP and BI systems, and ensure the delivery of efficient, reliable, and scalable software solutions that support the company’s business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of software developers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and enhancement of the company’s ERP and BI systems.
• Plan, prioritize, and coordinate development tasks in alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Participate actively in the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Optimize database performance and ensure the efficiency of daily operational queries.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, propose technical solutions, and resolve system issues.
• Establish and enforce standards for software testing, validation, and documentation.

Main Requirements:

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or Team Leader.
• Experience with ERP systems – a significant advantage.
• Solid knowledge of SQL / PL/SQL and relational databases (preferably Oracle).
• Experience in managing or coordinating small to mid-sized development teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Advanced level of English.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills, combined with a proactive mindset.
