What are we looking for?
Timely respond to questions, email communication and support SAP Key users
Investigate and resolve tickets (incidents & requests) with high quality
Monitor SAP interfaces and solve or address the encountered errors
Analyze, identify and address the root cause for the repetitive issues
Assess, complete and reassign tickets that requires deeper expertise (documented with function/technical analysis)
Collect business needs and obtain business validation for system changes
Continuously deep dive in business processes to enrich knowledge and expertise
Perform / support functional tests (User Acceptance Tests, Non-Regression Tests)
Share knowledge within SAP support team maintaining all kind of documentation that is useful for team’s daily work and expertise
Identify needs and opportunities to improve work and processes
Ensures the execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in a timely manner
Ensure positive working relationship with users, peers, employees and contractors
And if you meet the following criteria
University degree in IT, Finance / Accounting, Business school or equivalent
2+ years of experience working with SAP Finance and Accounting and SAP users support experience
Experience with computerized accounting systems and financial reporting software, including SAP is an advantage
Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask
