A dynamic international organization is seeking a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the end-to-end design and governance of its Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires deep multi-cloud Salesforce expertise, strong architectural skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and governance of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service).
Translate complex business requirements into scalable and future-proof technical designs.
Define data models, integration patterns, and security models aligned with best practices.
Conduct workshops, blueprint sessions, and functional discovery with business teams.
Establish architectural standards, reusable components, and development best practices.
Mentor Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Junior Architects.
Oversee development quality, perform code reviews, and ensure alignment with architectural guidelines.
Architect integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (ERP, middleware, APIs).
Collaborate with enterprise architects to maintain a cohesive system landscape.
Required Technical Skills
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP)
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service architecture & implementation
Salesforce data architecture, security & sharing model, governor limits
Experience integrating Salesforce with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred)
Additional Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Cloud Consultant (preferred)
Qualifications
10+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 3–5 years in an architect role.
Proven background delivering complex global Salesforce implementations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations.
Experience managing external integration partners and delivery teams.
