We are currently  supporting them in recruiting an experienced IT professional to join their team as: Citrix  Engineer

    You will play a key role in supporting and maintaining Citrix virtual desktop platforms, ensuring stable and secure user environments. Alongside Citrix, you’ll manage Windows 10/11 systems, the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and user access through Active Directory, Azure AD, and Intune. Additionally, you will monitor security dashboards and collaborate with IT teams to resolve any incidents that arise.

    Expected skills, knowledge, and experience:

    • 5+ years of previous professional experience in technical support, systems support, or a System Administration role
    • Strong expertise in Citrix technologies for virtualization and secure remote access
    • In-depth knowledge of the Citrix platform and its administration
    • Experience in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) with hands-on experience in Windows 365 deployment and support
    • Capability in managing and maintaining environments using Microsoft Intune and Active Directory
    • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or any technically oriented speciality
    • Good English language skills, both written and spoken
