As a FullStack Developer you will develop our platform using all the latest and newest technologies; Microfrontend, implement scalable, complex flows, shape up UX, improve user interactions and flows, and overall improve our core platform. You’ll be in charge of creating tech roadmap, lead for architectural changes, improve development cycle, mentor and develop your team members and much more. Work closely with different stakeholders to build a great product that will leverage our capabilities and user experience and overall improve our core platform.

YOUR MISSION:

• Own the design, execution, quality and end-to-end delivery of highly scalable products.
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Improve platform architecture to support current and future initiatives.
• Improve client’s development cycle working with DevOps to optimize git flows and CI/CD processes.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE COMPANY:

• 5+ years as a Full Stack Engineer, with strong backend expertise in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience with React.js (TypeScript)
  
• Skilled in designing and implementing APIs, web services, and microservices.
• Experience with databases (e.g., SQL, Redis, DynamoDB, Mongo).
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving and software design skills, including debugging and architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; self-motivated with a proactive mindset.

NICE TO HAVE/ADVANTAGES:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Interest or experience with technologies such as AI, Autonomous Agents, or Multi-Component Platforms (MCP) Advantage.
