We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team of seasoned professionals. In this role you will be expected to play a key role in the overall customer experience process by handling customers’ requests and inquiries regarding the company’s onboarding process, user experience process, or to provide a first level technical support by troubleshooting incidents and/ or escalating them to the next level of support.
