Join us as an Automation & Efficiency Analyst and play a key role in identifying, assessing, and driving automation initiatives across client-facing and internal BPO processes. Key Responsibilities:

• Map and analyse processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Assess automation potential using low-code, AI, and off-the-shelf solutions.
• Recommend solutions and prepare business cases, including cost and ROI analysis.
• Collaborate on deployment and integration with IT teams and vendors.
• Support testing, UAT, and change management during implementation.
• Monitor performance and report results, while staying updated on emerging technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analysis, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in process improvement, business analysis, or automation within BPO or tech-driven environments.
• Hands-on experience with process mapping tools and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, and exposure to AI/ML tools.
• Experience in vendor evaluation and project cost modelling.
• Understanding of API integration is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead projects and work with cross-functional teams.
