The Position

As a UI/UX designer, you will be part of a centralized design team that collaborates closely together, but at the same time individually within different development teams on various projects.

This role requires strong Design and System thinking, hands-on UI/UX execution and collaboration within agile technical teams and stakeholders (Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, QAs, BAs, etc.).

Main Responsibilities

• Creating user-centred UI/UX solutions by understanding business requirements and goals, system structure, relations and user needs;
• Handle projects E2E – from requirements gathering to ensuring accurate implementation;
• Designing, documenting and improving UI components for the design system;
• Iterate and incorporate customer feedback into the design to enhance user experience;
• Follow design, technology, and market trends.

Requirements

Technical Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of related projects;
• Prior work on technical, complex, data-heavy web applications or systems with strong UX needs;
• Experience with user flows, information architecture and interaction patterns that align with both user goals and systems needs;
• Knowledge and experience in working with and building design systems;
• Excellent skills with Figma;
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) to communicate effectively with developers and provide feedback on the UI implementation;
• Experience with Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira;
• Strong knowledge of Design Thinking, accessibility standards, UI principles and laws;
• Proficient in responsive design, prototyping, sketching and wireframing, using tools such as Figma and Adobe XD;
• Familiar with Material design and frameworks like Bootstrap or Material UI;
• Strong attention to detail and strive for consistency;
• User testing experience would be a plus.
