Mobile QA Automation Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our growing engineering team and help us raise the bar on software quality!

You’ll collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to identify bugs early, ensure test coverage is strong, and deliver smooth, bug-free releases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, write, and maintain automated tests for iOS, Android, and APIs.
• Build and expand our test automation framework using WebdriverIO, Appium, and Cucumber.
• Perform regression and integration testing in CI/CD pipelines.
• Execute API testing using Postman and create validation scripts.
• Investigate and report bugs, working closely with engineering to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing where automation can’t reach.
• Collaborate in Scrum ceremonies and provide QA updates throughout the sprint.
• Contribute to improvements in test reliability, speed, and coverage.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in QA, with strong automation focus.
• Proficiency with WebdriverIO, Appium, and Cucumber.
• Solid experience testing mobile apps (iOS and Android).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Bitbucket Pipelines).
• Experience using Postman and writing test scripts.
• Exposure to device cloud platforms like Browser Stack.
• Strong debugging and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Startup, fintech, or fast-paced environment experience is a plus.
