Auron Tech is a fresh and ambitious startup set to revolutionize the customer experience in the HORECA and retail sectors across Southeast Europe. We are building  Auron Uplink, a cutting-edge, vertically integrated platform (hardware + software) for self-service kiosks. Our mission is to solve critical real-world problems like long queues, labor shortages, and operational inefficiencies through intelligent automation.

We have a finalized product specification, a hardware partner, and we are now looking for a talented and driven Full-Stack Developer to be our core technical partner in building the MVP from the ground up.

 The Project: Building the “Auron Uplink” MVP 

You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our core software platform. This is not a role where you’ll be fixing bugs on a legacy system. You will be architecting, building, and launching a brand-new, modern product.

The platform consists of:

• A Cloud-Based Backend (Python): A scalable, multi-tenant SaaS platform that will serve as the “brain” for our entire network of kiosks.

• A Cross-Platform Kiosk Application (React Native):  An intuitive, beautiful, and highly responsive user interface for Android-based kiosks.

• A Web-Based Admin Panel (CMS): A powerful control center for our clients to manage their menus, promotions, and devices remotely.

 Key Responsibilities: 

• Take a leading role in the architecture and development of the entire software solution based on our detailed product specifications.

• Develop a robust and scalable backend using Python (Django Rest Framework / FastAPI), PostgreSQL/MySQL, and best practices for API design.

• Build a high-performance, cross-platform mobile/kiosk application using React Native.

• Build a web-based administrative dashboard (CMS) for our clients.

• Integrate with third-party APIs for payments (e.g., myPOS) and client POS systems.

• Ensure the platform is built with scalability (Docker, cloud-native principles), internationalization (multi-language/currency support), and security (GDPR) in mind from day one.

• Work closely with the founder to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide expert guidance.

• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from initial setup to deployment and testing.

 What We’re Looking For (Required Skills & Experience): 

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with a proven track record of building and launching complex applications.

• Strong expertise in Python for backend development, particularly with frameworks like Django (DRF) or FastAPI.

• Strong expertise in React Native for building cross-platform mobile/kiosk applications.

• Solid understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL/MySQL.

• Experience in designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure (AWS) and containerization (Docker).

• A product-oriented mindset: You care about the end-user experience and are motivated by building solutions to real-world problems.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.

• Fluency in English.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Have):

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures.

• Experience with hardware integrations (e.g., fiscal printers, payment terminals).

• Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n).

• DevOps experience (CI/CD, Kubernetes).
