We are looking for a responsible Product Owner, who will lead the evolution of the Enterprise Cloud Platform — shaping roadmaps, driving developer experience, and enabling scalable, secure, cloud-native infrastructure. Working at the intersection of strategy and execution, you’ll turn business goals into actionable backlogs that empower Agile squads to deliver impactful platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own the product vision for the cloud platform, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, DevOps, and UX goals.
Prioritise and manage backlogs to deliver secure, scalable, and developer-friendly infrastructure capabilities.
Collaborate across functions (cybersecurity, networking, data, and platform operations) to ensure technically sound, business-ready releases.
Champion user feedback to drive continuous improvement in performance, usability, and adoption.
Support the creation of value-driven roadmaps and ensure alignment with strategic objectives and other value streams.
Act as a bridge between stakeholders and Agile squads, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and smooth delivery through the product lifecycle.
Facilitate go-live readiness, adoption support, and post-launch performance monitoring.
Participate in communities of practice to share insights and promote best practices in product ownership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) with practical understanding of product lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience in backlog management, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and release planning.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains.
Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions, manage dependencies, and resolve conflicts.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Azure), CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA, DevOps).
Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile Product Owner certification.
Knowledge of business change management, including communication and training strategies.
Experience delivering cloud-native or enterprise infrastructure products.
Familiarity with automated compliance and secure-by-design principles.
Additional certifications in change management or product management are a plus.
