The Role

We are looking for a motivated and structured Product Owner to join a fast-growing cross-functional team. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring that all product initiatives meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of skilled professionals, guiding them through product development and delivery cycles.

Define objectives, assign tasks, and monitor team progress toward business goals.

Design and oversee implementation of product features, ensuring adherence to technical and compliance standards.

Conduct reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and security.

Collaborate closely with QA and Dev teams to guarantee software reliability.

Manage risk, identify process improvements, and implement solutions proactively.

Partner with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to align product strategy with market regulations.

Keep clear technical and process documentation up to date.

Communicate task progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or Business.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a product-focused role.

Exposure to regulated or compliance-driven industries (e.g. gambling, fintech).

Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and Agile principles.

Excellent communication and coordination skills across diverse teams.

Knowledge of risk management and escalation processes.

Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO) is a plus.
