Your Impact

As an Agile Product Owner, you will drive product vision and delivery within a multidisciplinary engineering team. You’ll collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure the creation of compliant, scalable, and high-quality products while continuously improving team efficiency and product outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day

Act as a servant leader, guiding and empowering a team of engineers.

Define priorities, distribute responsibilities, and monitor sprint progress.

Participate in solution design, ensuring best practices in architecture, performance, and security.

Collaborate with QA and Dev teams to maintain product quality.

Perform risk and impact assessments, identifying optimization opportunities.

Maintain clear documentation and communicate progress effectively.

Work with Compliance, Legal, and Operations to navigate regulatory requirements.

Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across teams.

What You Bring to the Team

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT, or Business).

At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product leadership role.

Familiarity with regulated industries such as gaming, finance, or insurance.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery processes.

Exceptional communication, organization, and analytical thinking.

Fluent English (written and spoken).

Product Owner certification (CSPO/PSPO) is considered an asset.
