The Role

We are seeking a Game Designer who will play a key role in shaping engaging casino games from concept to launch. The ideal candidate combines creative vision, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of player psychology. You’ll be responsible for designing core mechanics, optimizing user experiences, and ensuring that every project delivers both entertainment and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Design game mechanics, systems, and UX flows that drive engagement and retention.

Analyze product performance metrics and develop actionable design hypotheses.

Generate new ideas for innovative and high-performing slot games.

Maintain and update design documentation for multiple ongoing projects.

Oversee games from concept approval through production and release.

Conduct weekly reviews of active projects, ensuring consistency and quality.

Collaborate closely with development, math, and art teams throughout all stages.

Stay current with industry trends, player behavior, and best design practices.

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of experience as a Game Designer in the iGaming industry.

Proven experience leading creative and technical design meetings.

Strong understanding of slot game mechanics and math models.

Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Passion for games and attention to visual detail.

Bonus points for:

Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine.

Background in mathematics or art.
