Customer Consultant with German

Our partner, an international company providing high-quality business services across Europe, is expanding its team in Sofia! We’re now looking for motivated German-speaking Customer Consultants to join their growing operations.

The Role:

You’ll handle customer requests and provide support entirely in German – no English required.

The position is ideal for candidates who enjoy communication, organization, and delivering excellent service!

Your Role:

• Daily communication with customers in German ONLY;
• Solving inquiries and ensuring smooth, professional service

Requirements:

• Fluency in German (C1 or above)
• Positive attitude and customer focus
• No English or prior experience required!
