Role Overview:

You will design, maintain, and orchestrate our distributed block storage fabric, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues. Ideal candidates have experience with Go, distributed systems, storage architectures, and low-level programming, with a focus on performance and monitoring.

Role insights:

• Maintain and continuously enhance our distributed block storage fabric.
• Oversee and improve the orchestration and reliability of the storage fabric.
• Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues.
• Participate in code and change reviews to ensure quality and stability.
• Join the on-call rotation after a training period, contributing to the smooth operation of our platform.

What makes you unique:

• Solid background in cloud infrastructure.
• Skilled in designing, building, and operating distributed systems.
• Understanding of deterministic simulation testing and its applications.
• Good grasp of storage architectures and their underlying principles.
• Familiarity with Qemu I/O interfaces and related integrations.
• Knowledge of NVMe interfaces.
• Experience with Rust or C programming languages.
• Focused on performance, efficiency, and monitoring.
