System Engineer with French

With nearly 2 million insured individuals, NoveoCare is a leading player in the insurance sector, operating for over 30 years. Our core business is managing supplementary Health and Welfare programs across the entire value chain, from enrollment to claims processing, either under our own brand or white-labelled for our partners.

We intend to strengthen the NoveoCare team in Bulgaria. In this regard, we’re looking for a passionate System and Network Engineer.

Role description:

• Propose and validate the evolution of the Azure Cloud architecture within the infrastructure teams as well as on the corporate network (BVPN, VPN, Azure ExpressRoute).

• Challenge the solutions and services provided by our Azure & network suppliers.

• Ensure the updates of the computer park composed of 1300 workstations through AutoPilote, Intunes and Bitdefender.

• Validate & deploy security solutions.

• Distribute and update application packages through GPO or via Intunes.

• Formalize and document architectural procedures and documents.

• Collaborate with Data Scientists and DevOps teams to deliver scalable solutions.

• Possibility of business trips within Bulgaria & France

Profile Requirements:

• Diploma level: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Experience required: 3+ years of experience in System Engineering and/or Network Engineering.

• Technical skills: Azure certification, Cloud architectures, Active Directory, Intunes & AutoPilot, Networks (BVPN, VPN, IPSEC), Cisco solutions – Meraki, telephony & VoIP

• Interpersonal skills: teamwork, project management, autonomy, proactivity

• Computer software: Azure, Intune, Bitdefender, Microsoft suite (Windows, O365, Teams), Linux, PowerShell

Language requirements:

• Excellent French required – the main team is based in France

• Technical English
