During the last months we put a lot of effort into advertising our work and approaching new clients, and as a result, we’re facing new and exciting business opportunities. This is a great chance to expand our team, and we’re currently looking for a Senior AI Engineer.

What will you do:

• Build AI features end-to-end: design APIs, data flows, and inference pipelines; ship reliable services to production.
• LLM & Agents: prototype and harden RAG and agentic systems (reasoning, memory, tools) using LangChain/LangGraph, CrewAI or similar.
• Model integration: integrate or fine-tune LLMs; define prompt strategies; implement guardrails and evals (latency, hallucination, accuracy).
• Search & knowledge: stand up vector search (FAISS/pgvector/Pinecone/Weaviate) and, where relevant, graph patterns (Neo4j).
• MLOps & reliability: containerize (Docker), orchestrate (Kubernetes), instrument (Prometheus/metrics), and automate CI/CD.
• Data engineering: build ingestion/ETL from DBs, document stores, and APIs; ensure data quality and observability.
• Security & compliance: apply API security (OAuth/JWT) and privacy best practices (PII/GDPR).
• Collaborate & iterate: work with product/design/clients to validate fast, document clearly, and deliver measurable value.

Your professional profile:

• Strong Python engineering; experience with FastAPI (or Flask/Django).
• Hands-on with LLMs and RAG (embeddings, retrieval, chunking, evals).
• Experience with at least one agent/orchestration stack: LangChain / LangGraph / CrewAI / LlamaIndex / Haystack.
• Vector DB/search (e.g., FAISS, pgvector, Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Cloud proficiency (AWS/GCP/Azure); containerization (Docker) and basic Kubernetes.
• Solid software engineering: testing, observability, CI/CD, documentation.
• Excellent English; comfortable with client communication.

Nice to have:

• PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX; MLflow/Kubeflow; Azure ML / SageMaker / Vertex AI.
• Neo4j or other graph databases integrated with LLM workflows.
• Monitoring with Prometheus; OpenSearch/Elasticsearch.
• TypeScript/React for internal tools/dashboards.
• Domain experience (healthcare, legal, biotech/vision) is a plus.
