Dynamics 365 Senior Enterprise Program Manager

Who we want you to be:

• More than 10 years of experience

• PMP/ Prince2 certification

• Worked successfully on a minimum of five projects with over EUR 1,000,000 of services

• Ability to lead and mentor

• Sales/ Pre-sales experience

• Customer strategy envisioning, strategic approach

• Budget/ Forecast/ Utilization planning for the delivery department

• Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines

• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them

• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project

• Serving as a point of contact for teams when various units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy

• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals

• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected

• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed or financing for the project change

• Management of multiple workstreams or multiple delivery resources

• Coordinating, scheduling, and facilitating meetings as needed

• Leading weekly status meetings with stakeholders

• Overseeing personnel/resources budget and schedule on a project

• Providing timeline tracking visibility throughout the project

• Project Budget/Resource Burndown Usage Reporting

• Project administration

• Monitor & Control/RAID

• Create and maintain/update project plans

• Maintain and Update DevOps
