Software Developer

Flutter • Vue.JS • Python • Linux • SQL

We are hiring a pragmatic Software Developer to join a small, product-focused team working on a high-end ERP used in agriculture, manufacturing, transport & logistics. You will develop features across mobile (Flutter), web/desktop (Flutter or Vue.JS) and backend services (Python —FastAPI and SQL).

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain features across Flutter mobile apps and React / Vue web /desktop clients.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python (Flask / FastAPI).
• Design and optimize relational database schemas and SQL queries.
• Work in Linux environments — write shell scripts and support deployment tasks.
• Write unit & integration tests; participate in code reviews and CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot production issues, profile performance and apply fixes.

Required qualifications

• ≥ 2 years professional software development experience.
• Hands-on with Flutter (state management, mobile app architecture).
• Backend development in Python with Flask or FastAPI.
• Strong SQL skills (complex queries, indexing, migrations).
• Comfortable with Linux / Bash for development and deployment tasks.
• Good Git/CI/CD practices and code review experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with React or Vue (component-based architecture, state management)
• Docker, Kubernetes, containerized deployments.
• Background workers (Celery).
• Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry).
• Domain knowledge in ERP/business processes, multi-tenant systems.
• Public GitHub projects or technical blog.
