Our Client
Our client is an innovative online gaming technology company delivering high-performing digital entertainment products across international markets. To support their data-driven growth, the company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior BI Specialist to join the Online Games division and help transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain advanced Tableau dashboards and visual reports to support key business functions.
Administer Tableau Server, manage permissions, and implement Row-Level Security (RLS).
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across multiple data sources.
Provide data analysis and reporting support to internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor ETL processes, data pipelines, and database performance.
Propose and develop new business indicators and KPIs to enhance decision-making.
Collaborate with Data Science, DevOps, and Network teams on technical and analytical initiatives.
Document data sources, processes, and key business metrics.
Manage and maintain internal processes through Jira and Confluence.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as a BI or Data Analyst.
Proven hands-on expertise with Tableau (other tools like Power BI or Looker are an advantage).
Strong SQL skills and experience with ClickHouse and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Kafka, Python, and AWS Cloud is preferred.
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
