As our Integration Manager, you’ll act as the technical architect of trust, ensuring our payment systems integrate smoothly, securely, and at scale across diverse client environments — with AI and automation as your allies.

You’re not just troubleshooting APIs — you’re designing integration blueprints that power real-world financial inclusion.

What You’ll Do

• Integration Leadership: Lead end-to-end integration of our payment services with client systems via API, SDK, and custom integrations — from kickoff to go-live and beyond.
• AI-Enhanced Integration Design: Leverage AI tools (like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Postman AI) to accelerate documentation, debug connectivity issues, and generate integration templates — while you focus on strategy and optimization.
• Issue Resolution at Scale: Diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges in payment flows, data formatting, and API connectivity — using root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Knowledge Engineering: Build and maintain a self-service knowledge base powered by smart documentation, troubleshooting trees, and AI-ready FAQs — turning support into self-service.
• Future-Proofing Payments: Stay ahead of fintech trends — from open banking and instant payments to PSD3 and embedded finance — and ensure our integrations evolve with them.

You Bring

• 3+ years in fintech, payments, or integration engineering — with hands-on technical client engagement
• Strong command of APIs, SDKs, and integration patterns (REST, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth)
•  Experience with Jira, Asana, or Trello for project and issue tracking
•  Deep understanding of PCI-DSS, GDPR, AML, and data security best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud integration platforms
•  Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, or microservices architecture
•  Exposure to agile development and working in fast-moving fintech environments
