    ⚙️ What You’ll Do

    As a Salesforce Administrator, you will:

    • Deliver proactive L1 & L2 support and resolve user incidents promptly.
    • Manage user access, roles, and permissions while ensuring data accuracy.
    • Configure reports, dashboards, workflows, and automations to optimize business operations.
    • Collaborate with developers on enhancements, integrations, and change requests.
    • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and maintain clear, structured documentation.
    • Support end-user adoption through onboarding sessions and best practice training.

    As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will:

    • Act as a strategic Salesforce expert and advisor to business stakeholders.
    • Lead full lifecycle projects—from requirements gathering to release and optimization.
    • Design and implement scalable automations, approval processes, and data governance standards.
    • Oversee system integrity, security compliance, and cross-platform integrations.
    • Provide advanced technical support and drive user enablement across global teams.
    • Continuously innovate and identify areas for system improvement and simplification.

    🎯 What You Bring

    For both levels:

    • 4+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud).
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator (additional certifications are a strong advantage).
    • Experience in structured ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow, etc.).
    • Strong analytical mindset, solution-oriented approach, and clear communication skills.
    • Excellent command of English — written and spoken.

    For Senior level:

    • Hands-on experience managing complex, multi-org Salesforce environments.
    • Deep understanding of system architecture, automation, and governance principles.
    • Proven track record working in Agile, cross-functional global teams.
    • Advanced knowledge of Flows, Process Builder, and advanced data modeling.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with APIs, middleware, or AppExchange integrations.
    • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release management, or DevOps principles.
    • Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
