Now we are looking for a new team member for the position of CRM Business Analyst
If you join our team, you will have the following responsibilities:
• Work closely with the business stakeholders and translate business needs into well-structured business requirements, create process flows, mockups, and visualizations;
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and automation in the CRM system;
• Support the product owner to scope and prioritize tasks to ensure the development process is aligned with the objectives;
• Actively communicate requirements, issues and questions between vendors, developers and business stakeholders;
• Functional testing support and participation in UAT for the new developments;
• Go-live preparations: create training materials; train-the-trainer; post go-live support;
• 3rd level support of the CRM system and maintenance.
You are the ideal candidate, if you have:
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst;
• BSc in the field of IT, Business Administration, Finance or similar;
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation;
• Knowledge and experience in development and implementation of CRM systems or marketing automation/orchestration solutions will be considered an advantage;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Willingness to work in a team and to show personal initiative;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
