Talent Hunter is looking for a SharePoint & Microsoft 365 Developer on behalf of our client.

The Microsoft 365 Developer will design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI) and SharePoint. The role involves creating custom business applications, automating workflows, supporting cloud migrations, and ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement business applications using Power Platform and SharePoint.

Automate workflows and optimize business processes with Power Automate.

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Migrate and modernize SharePoint 2016 on-premise solutions to SharePoint Online.

Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Maintain technical documentation and support deployment processes.

Work in an Agile environment and ensure solution reliability across environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience with SharePoint 2016/Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power Platform, Teams).

Strong knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Graph API, and Power Fx.

Proficiency in .NET (C#), XML, HTML, and front-end frameworks (JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular/React).

Experience with PowerShell, Git, and API integrations.

Ability to manage requirements gathering, solution design, and deployment.

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience with role-based security in Power Platform apps.

Skilled in diagnosing and resolving performance issues in Power Platform or SharePoint solutions.

Experience working with Agile methodologies.
