    Our client is a next-generation technology company operating within the online gaming and digital entertainment industry. The company develops cutting-edge products such as casino games, sportsbook solutions, and an advanced all-in-one gaming platform. Headquartered in Sofia, it is part of an international group with offices in over 25 countries and product installations across more than 85 global jurisdictions.

     

    As part of its continuous growth and commitment to innovation, the company is expanding its Platform & Payments Department and is seeking an experienced and motivated Regulations Product Manager to join its fast-paced iGaming environment.

     

    Job Overview

     

    The Regulations Product Manager will take ownership of the full product lifecycle for gaming products with regulatory dependencies. The role involves aligning business objectives, player experience, and compliance requirements while ensuring the smooth and timely delivery of projects.

     

    Responsibilities

    Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for regulated gaming products.

    Stay informed about regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation of compliance changes.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, QA, customer support) to deliver compliant and high-quality product features.

    Build, maintain, and prioritize a clear and actionable product roadmap.

    Ensure on-time delivery in line with regulatory deadlines and requirements.

    Define strategic initiatives and themes during PI Planning.

    Analyze market trends, player feedback, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

    Define and monitor key product KPIs to ensure long-term success.

    Act as a strong advocate for the player experience throughout the product development cycle.

    Work closely with marketing and community teams on go-to-market strategies.

    Keep track of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.

     

    Requirements

    4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming or digital product sector.

    Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development best practices.

    Experience or understanding of gaming regulations and compliance frameworks is a major advantage.

    Strong analytical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.

    Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar product management tools.

    Passion for gaming and solid understanding of player behavior, game mechanics, and monetization models.

    Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, actionable business requirements.

    Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Game Design, or related field (MBA is a plus).

     

    Nice to Have:

    Experience with live-service (GaaS) products.

    Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, or data analytics tools.

    Background in game design, UX, or software development.
