Experience and skills you will need:
Solid IT knowledge: You have a completed apprenticeship or a degree in an IT-related field (e.g., (Business) Computer Science) and ideally bring a focus on cloud computing and infrastructure.
Experience in the cloud environment: You have already gained experience in the support and operation of customer administration systems (e.g., Exivity, CRM) and apply your knowledge effectively to provide our customers with optimal solutions.
Customer-oriented mindset: You work independently, responsibly, and with a solution-oriented approach to handle customer issues quickly and efficiently.
Strong communication skills: You have very good English skills and can communicate complex issues in an understandable and service-oriented manner. Ideally, you speak additional languages to provide optimal support to our international customers.
Team spirit and knowledge sharing: You enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues and actively contribute to a positive and solution-oriented work environment.
Passion for innovation: You are enthusiastic about infrastructure systems and technical advancement and actively engage with new technologies.
Process-oriented mindset: You are familiar with ITIL and ITSM processes and apply them in your daily work to ensure high service quality.
