Our client is expanding their international engineering team and we are searching for a Site Reliability Engineer with expertise in storage infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring stability, scalability, and performance across highly available storage environments.
Key responsibilities
Maintain and optimize reliable storage systems (Block, Object, Backup, File).
Automate provisioning and operational processes (Python / Golang, Bash, Ansible).
Contribute to robust and efficient storage architecture design.
Perform capacity planning and performance optimization.
Handle incidents and lead post-mortem analysis to implement improvements.
Work in containerized system landscapes (e.g. Kubernetes).
Collaborate with international teams in an agile environment.
Your profile
Proven experience with one or more storage solutions (NetApp, Cohesity, Pure, Ceph, etc.).
Strong background in storage operations, automation, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch).
Knowledge of APIs (REST, Golang, Python) is an advantage.
Passion for new technologies and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication in English (German is a plus).
