We are looking for a Cloud Tech Lead / Site Reliability Engineer to join a dynamic international team and help maintain, optimize, and scale a high-performance cloud storage infrastructure. You will take ownership of storage reliability, automation, and architecture, ensuring systems are resilient, scalable, and efficient.
What You’ll Do
• Ensure stability and availability of storage infrastructure, including Block, Object, Backup, and File storage
• Automate provisioning and operational processes to continuously improve systems
• Collaborate on robust storage architecture design for long-term stability and customer satisfaction
• Conduct performance analysis, capacity planning, and optimization for future scaling
• Handle incidents and perform post-mortem analysis, implementing measures to prevent recurrence
• Develop and maintain APIs and tools for storage automation and integration
• Monitor system health using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Elasticsearch
What You’ll Bring
• Experience with storage technologies (e.g., NetApp, Cohesity, Pure, Ceph) and cloud environments
• Expertise in storage operations, provisioning, scaling, migration, and incident response
• Proficiency in automation and scripting (e.g., Golang, Python, Bash, Ansible)
• Familiarity with containerized storage landscapes (e.g., Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure full observability
• Strong problem-solving skills and passion for emerging storage technologies
• Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
• Team player with a mindset for continuous improvement
