WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications to enable intelligent access to and reasoning over company data, empowering smarter decision-making across departments.
• Collaborating with stakeholders across departments to understand needs, gather insights, and deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Building internal AI-automations by leveraging low-code automation tools like n8n and integrations through HTTPS with relevant service providers.
• Staying ahead in the fast-evolving world of AI by exploring emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies, bringing fresh ideas to elevate company workflows and products.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• ‍Proficiency in at least TypeScript/Node.js or Python, with additional expertise across both being a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and related concepts, such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Evals, and Fine-Tuning
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset, eager to explore new tools and methods to tackle complex challenges
• Skilled at leveraging AI-powered development tools (e.g. Cursor or similar IDEs) accelerating development speed and enhance application quality
• A passion for innovation, with a drive to shape cutting-edge AI advancements and apply emerging technologies to solve real-world problems

• ‍Have experience working with cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform or similar services.
• Are familiar with frontend development frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Are familiar with Web3/Blockchain technologies.
• Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are eager to learn from and contribute to cross-disciplinary teams.
