    We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Engineer to join our IT team and take technical ownership of the development, optimization, and support of our Business Central platform. This role is critical to ensuring the system evolves in step with the needs of our finance, operations, and compliance teams.

    The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Business Central (latest versions), a strong grasp of core financial processes, and a proven track record of migrating complex financial systems to BC.

    What project we have for you

    Intellias is undergoing a major digital transformation of its internal systems, with the first key milestone being the successful migration to a new ERP platform based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This transition has already significantly improved our capabilities in P&L execution, talent and resource planning and allocation. The next phase of the transformation is focused on migrating and optimizing our core financial operations.

    We’re seeking a candidate with hands-on experience in the latest version of Dynamics 365 Business Central who can work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

    You’ll be joining a team that plays a strategic role in corporate change management, process improvement, and automation, helping to shape the future of how Intellias operates.

    What you will do

    • Configure, develop and deliver MS Dynamics Business Central software components
    • Develop and maintain AL-based customizations and extensions
    • Build and maintain integrations between BC and other internal systems (CRM D365, DWH etc)
    • Support data migration, system upgrades, and troubleshooting activities
    • Contribute to scoping sessions, solution architecture discussions, and product design
    • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to refine technical specifications
    • Ensure code quality, version control, and documentation according to internal standards
    • Test software for any bugs and ensure that software meets business requirements
    • Participate in internal innovation initiatives around automation and process improvement

    What you need for this

    • 5+ years of experience with Business Central / NAV development
    • Proficiency in AL language, Visual Studio Code, Git
    • Understanding of Event-driven development in Business Central and the use of Azure Services (Storage, Service Bus, Functions, Logic Apps, etc.)
    • Integration Experience with REST, OData, JSON, XML
    • Practical experience in integrations with banks
    • Practical experience in integrations with DWH
    • Knowledge of SQL
    • Agile development experience
    • Ability to analyze business requirements and write functional specifications based on them
    • Upper-intermediate in English, both written and verbal.
    • Upper-intermediate in Ukrainian, both written and verbal.

    Will be a plus:

    • Strong understanding of financial processes, business operations, and reporting requirements of IT Service company
    • Hands-on experience with the following technologies: Power Automate, Power Apps
    • Experience with Copilot to enhance development efficiency and solve complex technical challenges
    • Experience in developing cloud extensions for Business Central SaaS, taking into account limitations (event-driven architecture, background tasks, message queues)
