Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Regulations Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our gaming products, when it comes to Regulations. As a key member of our team, you will drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with regulatory and legal requirements, business goals, and Agile best practices.
Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more gaming products, related to regulatory requirements
Be aware of any regulatory changes or the introduction of any new regulatory requirements that require implementation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, QA, customer support) to define and deliver compliant game features
Maintain and prioritize a clear, actionable Product Roadmap
Ensure timely delivery in accordance with regulatory deadlines
Defining Strategic Themes and Initiatives during PI Planning
Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance data to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
Define and monitor key product metrics and KPIs to ensure ongoing product success
Serve as the voice of the customer, advocating for player experience throughout the development cycle
Drive go-to-market strategies in coordination with marketing and community teams
Stay informed about gaming industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the gaming industry or a closely related digital product environment
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development best practices
Understanding and experience with gaming regulations and laws is a huge advantage
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Passion for games and a deep understanding of gaming audiences, mechanics, and monetization strategies
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear requirements and business value. Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Game Design, or related field (MBA is a plus)
Nice to Have:
Experience with live service (GaaS) game models
Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, or data analytics tools
Background in game design, UX, or software development
