What You’ll Do:
Provide consulting and technical support for ServiceNow solutions
Analyze business processes and translate them into innovative ServiceNow solutions
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications
Act as a bridge between business units and IT, fulfilling a Business Analyst role
Create concepts, documentation, and training materials
Support Incident, Change, and Problem Management within ServiceNow
What We’re Looking For:
Several years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM & HR modules)
Proven experience across multiple roles: Technical Consultant, Business Analyst, Developer
Strong technical knowledge:
ServiceNow platform architecture
Configuration & customization (workflows, business rules, UI policies)
Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
Integrations with third-party systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
ServiceNow certifications (e.g., System Administrator, ITSM, HRSD)
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in Agile projects (Scrum / SAFe)
Integration of Jira Cloud with ServiceNow
Experience with ServiceNow Reporting & Performance Analytics
Familiarity with Confluence and Jira
