This role requires a strong understanding of performance optimization, accessibility, and scalable architecture while driving technical excellence across the team.

You’ll work closely with design, product, and backend teams to develop seamless, performant solutions. The position offers a high degree of technical ownership, mentorship opportunities, and the ability to shape best practices in a fast-moving environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Architect and build frontend platform components with a focus on scalability, performance, and accessibility
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless user experiences and optimize developer productivity
    • Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices in frontend development
    • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and contribute to key technical decisions

    Requirements

    • Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and Next.js for building scalable frontend applications
    • Familiarity with AWS services (DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS/SNS, Kinesis)
    • Solid understanding of CI/CD, testing strategies, and version control
    • Familiarity with GenAI tools for improving developer productivity would be considered a plus

    • Professional Development Map – a comprehensive map of your professional development within DataArt
    • We hire people not for a project, but for the company. If the project (or your work in it) is over, you go to another project or to a paid “Idle”.
    • Social benefits – additional health insurance, life insurance, sports card, etc.
    • Opportunity to work from another DataArt office in a different city or country (temporarily or permanently)
