The product:

We’re partnering with an ambitious and forward-thinking client on a mission to transform the recruitment industry. Our client is developing a next-generation digital recruitment platform designed to empower hiring teams to scale their intuition and decision-making through technology.

The platform enables hiring professionals to encode their thought processes and workflows into an intelligent digital recruiter. This AI-driven recruiter engages with talent pools through natural, human-like conversations, analyzes candidate data such as CVs, and intelligently matches people with opportunities that fit their profile and potential.

By combining automation, data, and human empathy, our client is reshaping how recruiters and candidates connect – creating a hiring process that is more transparent, efficient, and human-centered.

The role:

We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our client’s growing engineering team and play a key role in building the core systems behind their digital recruiter. This is an opportunity to shape a product that redefines one of the most human aspects of business – hiring.

You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing key platform features that directly impact how recruiters and candidates interact. You’ll collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate business goals into scalable, elegant technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

● Design and develop features that enhance platform performance and functionality.

● Expand the conversation engine with advanced screening workflows for richer, more meaningful candidate interactions.

● Build and maintain a searchable talent database that aggregates candidate data from multiple sources.

● Integrate AI services to automate workflows and trigger personalized communications.

● Develop scalable and reliable systems to support complex recruitment processes.

● Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality features aligned with product goals.

● Continuously test, refine, and optimize user experience and system performance.

Skills and Experience:

● Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

● Excellent knowledge of React and related tools: React Testing Library, AWS Amplify, Material UI, Recoil, Jest, and Cypress.

● Solid understanding of testing methodologies (unit, integration, E2E).

● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.

● Ability to design scalable system architectures aligned with product goals.

● Familiarity with DynamoDB or other NoSQL databases is an advantage.
