Responsibilities

Architect and maintain infrastructure for large-scale LLM training and serving

Build low-latency, scalable inference pipelines

Develop APIs and integrate AI into existing software products

Apply advanced NLP methods such as few-shot learning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and prompt engineering

Fine-tune pre-trained models for specific domains and tasks

Set up evaluation processes to monitor and improve model performance

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify AI opportunities

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in ML, with focus on NLP and deep learning
• Strong Python skills; solid experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow and Hugging Face Transformers
• Knowledge of ML Ops tools (MLflow, Kubeflow) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with inference optimization (quantization, distillation, ONNX runtime)
• Understanding of distributed training and large-scale serving
• Familiarity with vector databases and embedding techniques
• Solid software engineering practices (Git, CI/CD)

Bonus skills:

• Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms
• Reinforcement learning and RLHF for language models
• Prompt engineering and in-context learning
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure ML solutions
• Contributions to research or open-source ML projects
• Awareness of AI ethics and responsible AI practices
