Technical Team Lead

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Aligning closely with Project Managers (PMs) and Delivery Managers (DMs) to ensure project goals, timelines, and priorities are met.
• Acting as the main technical representative during client communications – providing clear updates, addressing concerns, and facilitating demos.
• Leading and mentoring your team by supporting agile ceremonies, breaking down complex tasks, and proactively removing blockers.
• Reviewing code to maintain quality and consistency while occasionally contributing to challenging technical problems.
• Collaborating to identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and drive technical excellence.
• Managing team workload, conducting technical interviews, and owning the growth, performance, and wellbeing of your engineers.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation and onboarding materials to ensure smooth knowledge transfer.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Expertise in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, Node.js, Golang, or Rust.
• Proven experience leading technical teams.
• Strong communication skills to act as a trusted technical advisor to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive approach to continually update knowledge across diverse technologies and concepts
• Hands-on experience reviewing code and delivering scalable, high-quality software solutions.
• Ability to balance technical leadership with operational management, including performance evaluations and growth planning.
