    Responsibilities

    • Lead and actively contribute to the development of new features and projects
    • Maintain and improve existing functionalities
    • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices (SOLID, design patterns)
    • Mentor new team members and support their onboarding
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and propose solutions
    • Ensure quality technical documentation is created and maintained
    • Drive release processes and oversee deployments
    • Promote innovation and adoption of modern development practices

     

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of professional experience with .NET technologies
    • 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and CSS
    • Expert knowledge of C#, .NET Core 7+, and Entity Framework Core
    • Strong understanding of SOLID principles, design patterns, and microservices architecture
    • Proficiency with data structures, algorithms, and scalable application design
    • Experience with messaging and communication systems: REST, HTTP, Kafka, RabbitMQ, WebSockets
    • Hands-on with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and in-memory datastores (Redis)
    • Knowledge of Docker, Kibana, and Elasticsearch
    • Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and release management
    • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with prior experience mentoring developers
