Our platform provides complete product flexibility in terms of standard and value-added mobile services like Voice, SMS, mobile data, order management, billing, and many more.

    The role:

    This is a key role in the organization. The Network and Service Operations Center Team Lead’s primary responsibility is to plan, organize and manage staff and overall operations to ensure stability of the organization’s infrastructure. The Network and Service Operations Center Team Lead provides overall expertise in the network operations functions.

    Primary responsibilities include:

    • Manages NSOC team, prepares monthly 24/7 and standby schedules;
    • Assures adequate management reporting and monitoring for fulfilling the business plan;
    • Attends management meetings with internal teams, vendors & clients when necessary;
    • Performs accident/incident investigations analysis and reporting;
    • Performs routine tasks on monitoring, administration, and maintenance of the products when necessary;
    • Works with internal and external groups to ensure customer issues are resolved within the agreed SLAs;
    • Manages the team’s performance as it relates to the company objectives

    Key requirements for the role:

    • Previous experience in a similar position;
    • Experience with databases like Oracle/ PostgreSQL/ MySQL/ MSSQL;
    • Experience with Atlassian products like Jira and Confluence;
    • Experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Graylog;
    • Experience with telecom Protocols Diameter, SS&, INAP, Camel, is a huge advantage;
    • Experience with Intelligent Network, Business Support System, Windows and Linux server administration, Disaster Recovery;
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Very good command of English;
    • Solid verbal and communication skills.
