WHAT your essential role in the team will be?
Server Management: Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual Windows servers to ensure reliable operations.
System Optimization: Monitor system performance, tune servers, and implement backup and recovery strategies to maintain stability.
Security and Compliance: Ensure system security, manage user access control, and implement policies for security compliance.
Troubleshooting and Support: Respond to escalated support tickets and diagnose complex technical problems in the Windows environment.
Infrastructure Development: Provide technical expertise for developing system architecture and implementing new IT solutions.
Microsoft Ecosystem Management: Administer the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment, including Azure Active Directory (AD), Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
Scripting and Automation: Use tools like PowerShell to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
Knowledge Sharing: Document solutions in internal knowledge bases and potentially provide advice or training to other administrators.
WHAT necessary requirements and personal skills for the position are needed?
Advanced Windows Server: Deep knowledge of Windows Server operating systems and their various services.
Microsoft Ecosystem: Expertise in managing Active Directory, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure services.
PowerShell/Scripting: Proficiency in scripting for automation and system management.
Virtualization: Experience with virtual server environments.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
