This is the reason why we are expanding our Online Games team and now we are looking for some fresh and enthusiastic marketing gurus to come and join us in the exciting digital world of iGaming. 

As a Principal UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for leading the user experience strategy and design for complex digital products and platforms, influencing product direction, mentoring junior designers, and establishing design best practices. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on design skills, and strong leadership to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, stakeholders) and champion user-centered design across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and design systems to ensure intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Define and execute long-term design strategy, identify opportunities for innovation, and drive design thinking methodology across the company
• Partner with product managers, developers and other stakeholders to align on product vision and deliver cohesive user experiences
• Establish and evolve design standards, create design systems, document processes, and conduct design reviews
• Apply user research insights, usability testing, and data analytics to inform design decisions and improve product outcomes
• Champion user needs, communicate complex design concepts clearly to diverse audiences, and ensure user-centered design principles are followed
• Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of design excellence and innovation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 3 years in senior or lead roles in casino industries
• Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma and experience with creating design systems
• Creative thinker with a vision
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles
• Excellent visual design skills
• Excellent knowledge of mobile & responsive web design
• Ability to connect design to business objectives and shape long-term product direction
• Mastery of the end-to-end design process, from ideation to pixel-perfect execution
• Strong presentation skills, ability to guide teams, and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels
• A deep understanding of user needs and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics
• Passion for clear design, knowledge of typography and color theory
• Up to date with the latest design, UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating proficiency in user-centered design methodologies
