Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive UI components using Svelte.js and TailwindCSS
• Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect implementations that comply with accessibility standards
• Collaborate with business and product teams to refine UX requirements
• Produce wireframes and high-fidelity designs in Figma
• Optimize web performance across desktop and mobile
• Uphold security, performance, and maintainability standards
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and documentation
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of business context by taking ownership of the OnePortal product and actively contributing to its continuous improvement and enhancements
• Ensure a broad perspective on how solutions fit within the wider Business Unit and IT ecosystem, thinking beyond the immediate scope of the portal

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Strong proficiency and proven track record in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend framework practices (Svelte preferred, but not mandatory)
• Typically, 3+ years of professional software development experience, ideally including enterprise/corporate environments
• Demonstrated sensitivity to UX and design
• Familiarity with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in English
• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
