We’re currently partnering with a boutique consulting company that blends strategy, coaching, and product into an entirely new customer experience.

Now, on their behalf, we are looking for a Senior Frontend UI/UX Developer who is ready to do the same.

Your Role:

We’re not hiring a developer to “make it work.”

We’re building smart, fast, beautifully simple tools — and we need someone who can develop with clarity, logic, and care.

As a Senior Frontend UI/UX Developer, you’ll work at the intersection of design and engineering, bringing ideas to life through precise, elegant, and accessible interfaces.

Responsibilities:

Implement Figma designs into high-quality React components using TypeScript

Build and maintain a scalable, reusable component library

Create responsive layouts with your choice of CSS methodology and component libraries

Ensure accessibility compliance and visual consistency

Collaborate closely with designers to refine specifications and provide technical feedback

Required Skills:

Core Technical:

• CSS (5+ years): Tailwind / Styled Components, responsive design
• React & TypeScript (5+ years): composition patterns, strong typing
• Next.js: client-side rendering patterns, framework understanding
• Figma: design extraction, understanding design tokens and specs

UI/UX Engineering:

• Component architecture and design system implementation
• Precision in spacing, typography, and layout structure
• Strong understanding of component reusability and composition patterns

Library Flexibility:

• You’ll have full freedom to choose the right tools for the job.
• Fast Track currently uses Radix UI and Tailwind CSS, but you’re welcome to propose and implement alternatives such as Chakra, Shadcn/ui, MUI, CSS Modules, or styled-components — whatever best fits the requirements.
