    IF YOU ARE

    • Experienced in process analysis and optimization practices such as BPM, BPMN, value-stream mapping, Lean/Six Sigma, value realization, and process mining
    • Proficiently understand and analyze customer business processes and commercial challenges, and lead the design of tailored solutions
    • Skilled in gaining trust, confidence, and commitment from senior-level stakeholders
    • Capable of running enterprise process improvement projects and advising on solution design and roadmaps for new and existing clients
    • Experienced in supporting digital solution implementations (including AI) from a business analysis perspective
    • Proficient in facilitating workshops and joint sessions with business stakeholders throughout all engagement stages: ideation, analysis, implementation, and maintenance
    • Comfortable working as a lead or contributing member of a flexible, proactive, and solution-focused team
    • Capable of identifying new business opportunities with existing clients and proposing innovative technology solutions to improve efficiency
    • Familiar with automation tools, low-code platforms, or AI-driven process solutions (would be a plus)

    • Lead process optimization and transformation initiatives for enterprise clients
    • Support digital transformation and implement digital (including AI-based) solutions
    • Generate and promote innovative ideas that bring value to clients
    • Engage with new clients and evaluate strategic opportunities for collaboration
    • Provide advisory services and act as a solution provider across various industries
    • Collaborate with business and technical experts to build comprehensive, industry-focused solutions and drive their implementation
    • Manage risks, negotiate scope, priorities, and timelines with clients
    • Evaluate trade-offs between different business solution options in cooperation with domain and technical experts
