Software Support and Implementation Specialist

What will be the main responsibilities:

• Communication with customers of the company – agribusiness companies’
• Active participation in the software implementation process with new customers after the training period is completed
• Resolving various cases arising from the client site
• Educating the client on the specifics of the product
• Adjusting software parameters as needed and as required by the client
• Development of documentation for software specifications and architecture

Here are the basic requirements:

• Knowledge and experience with SQL
• Skill in working with customers through written and verbal communication
• Analytical skills to solve various case studies
• Proficiency with Jira, Service Desk and Confluence or similar tools
• Skills in creating documentation for software specifications and architecture
• Responsibility, proactivity, and curiosity are important to a candidate’s success
