What you’ll do

Being a Technical Lead /Staff Engineer is your chance to join our exciting hub in Sofia – which means you’ll :

• Own the technical aspects of the platform and guide the team to create high quality, testable code
• Work with the QA Manager and Software Engineering Lead to direct the team and improve ways of working
• Use your broad experience in Design Patterns, Software Architecture and Clean development to create top level solutions
• Communicate technical ideas clearly and takes ownership and accountability of refining and improving software engineering standards, processes and practices used by the team.

Who you are

It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:

• Strong knowledge of JS, TS and Node.js ecosystem
• Experience in .NET and AWS serverless
• Knowledge of Agile software development methodology, Jira, confluence and Azure DevOps
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively communicate with users, project teams and other stakeholders
• Experience of retail and/or vending machine operation

Location – Sofia – Hybrid

The role will be hybrid model with the expectation of being in the Sofia office 2-3 days per week as required. Some international travel may also be required occasionally to UK.
